Thank you all for your continued support of the Charleston In-Water Boat Show. We had hoped that the market conditions would be materially better this year allowing us to conduct a spring show. Unfortunately, it seems that the marine industry remains soft and dealers are facing many of the same challenges they faced in 2009. We appreciate the commitments that we have received thus far, however, we will not be able to produce the show this year.
